An Update on TheColonialist.com!
It’s winter break. Here’s what that means for The Colonialist:
- We will continue to post periodically, including a bunch of “Best of 2007 lists” and other short humor pieces. Phil will continue in 2008
- Since we are not living in a townhouse together, we do not have the ability to brainstorm with each other about post ideas or news stories. This means less content.
- None of us are in DC. If you have any great DC news that you want to send in, feel free. We won’t know about it, but we’ll post it! (DCist.com is great for Capital area stuff).
- The Colonialist will be back in full-force when we return from break, and we are setting a goal of completely destroying the Hatchet by 2009.
- Keep sending in submissions, tips and events. We like to publicize your shit. We enjoy it.
We miss all of you. Have a Happy Christmas!

i cant find any Phil comics of 2008. I attend the university of ct and its printed in our school paper. Every time i read Phil i laugh out loud. People read it, and they’re like umm wtf thats not even funny. Then i read it again and burst out laughing again. Its the best comic ever.
